Cancellation Policy
We kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This courtesy allows us to accommodate other patients who may be waiting for an appointment.
- If you cancel, reschedule, or fail to show up for your scheduled appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, a $125 cancellation fee will be charged.
- This fee is non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
- If you are unable to make your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.
Consultation Policy
For "Consultation/Full Face Assessment" or "Laser Consultation" appointments:
- A $100 consultation fee is charged at the time of booking.
- This fee can be applied to future services or retail products purchased in our office.
- If you cancel, reschedule, or fail to show up for your consultation with less than 24 hours' notice:
- You will be charged the $125 cancellation fee.
- Your $100 consultation fee becomes non-refundable.
- If you cancel or reschedule with more than 24 hours' notice:
- Your $100 consultation fee remains in your patient account for 60 days.
Deposit Policy for New Patients
For new patient appointments (excluding consultations):
- A $100 deposit is required at the time of booking.
- This deposit will be applied to your scheduled appointment or retail products purchased in our office.
- If you cancel, reschedule, or fail to show up for your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice:
- You will be charged the $125 cancellation fee.
- Your $100 deposit becomes non-refundable.
- If you cancel or reschedule with more than 24 hours' notice:
- Your $100 deposit remains in your patient account for 60 days.
Rescheduling Policy
To ensure fair access to our services for all patients:
- Each appointment may be rescheduled a maximum of two times.
- If an appointment is rescheduled for a third time, it will be canceled.
- If you need assistance with rescheduling or canceling, please don't hesitate to contact us.
